Whole House Acid Neutralizer
A RainSoft Acid Neutralizing System IS designed to help solve special water treatment problems and is built for long life and trouble-free operation.
The semi-automatic system requires no electricity. Regenerate the system whenever you need to by simply turning the dial. Unlike other manual systems, you don't need to watch the time and keep adjusting the valve.

Filtration System Features:
Tank-Within-A- Tank Construction
Rugged tank is wound with over 3 miles of glass filament for extraordinary strength. Inside there's another tank of sanitary plastic so your drinking water will never touch the interior fiberglass surface.
Automatic Bypass During Regeneration
Eliminates the inconvenience of being without water.
Choice of Filter Media:
AZINUTE 11
This ground and graded, high alkaline granular material slowly dissolves in acid water.
AZINUTE II/SUPER AZINUTE BLEND
Super Azinute is a processed, bead-like magnesia that is faster acting than Azinute II. This combination media should be used an water with a pH below 6.
NOTE: Tank size and local water pressure will affect unit's operating flow rate.
Application Limitations
For larger models, the rate of flow from the well pump must be greater than 6 gallons per minute (GPM) and the incoming water pressure must be at least 40 psi. The incoming hardness level must be less than 5 grains per gallon (GPG). Failure to have the proper backwash rate or incoming hardness level will inhibit the filters ability to perform as designed. Frequent backwashing may be required depending on incoming water quality. Actual results may vary based on local water conditions. Note: The system will perform with hardness levels above 5 GPG. The bed life will be reduced based on the hardness level.
Maintenance Requirements
FILTERING MEDIA will eventually become exhausted or consumed and need replacement. The replacement schedule will depend on incoming water quality and amount of water used. Your local RainSoft dealer can provide you with the recommended replacement schedule for your particular application. CONTROL VALVES - The regeneration valve is designed to last a lifetime. From time to lime it may be necessary to clean, lubricate or replace some parts. Your water quality and the amount of regenerations will affect this schedule.
Exclusive Composite Valve
Uses advanced NORYLTM composite material for enhanced strength and to protect the valve from expansion or shrinkage due to pressure and temperature demands.
